Bondi
Accommodation -
Beautiful Bondi beach, you're set for your wonderful holiday, but one
catch...where to stay?
Depending on your budget you can stay from 4 star to Budget, to
Backpacker accommodation.
For a start here are some suggestions to help you along on your trip
to Bondi Beach.
Swiss Grand
Hotel -Overlooking
Australia’s most famous beach,
the Swiss-Grand is a 4.5 star luxury all-suite Resort.
Located on Campbell Parade.
Ravesi's
Hotel & Bar - Boutique Hotel, Ravesi's overlooks Bondi Beach,
just a few seconds away from the waves edge. Ravesi's has 16
stylised rooms including 6 split level suites with private
terraces.
Hotel Bondi
- is one of the most famous icons along Bondi Beach front and yes it
has accommodation as well as a nightclub, bars, dining and
entertainment. Nowhere near as upmarket as Ravesis and Swiss
Grand but nevertheless location wise it is a mere step and you are on
the beach.
Nomads
Backpackers - Budget accommodation - yep, Backpacker style but
great locale, right opposite Bondi Beach, southern end of beach, bus
stops right outside!
Indysbackpackers
- Budget accommodation - As the name implies, backpacker style, also
good location. Check them out.
Bondi Transport
Bondi
Explorer - Bondi Explorer will take you from Circular Quay to
Bondi Beach, more of tour style bus, taking you around the Eastern
suburbs including Bondi, Coogee, Bronte, Tamarama down to Watsons Bay
and back.
Public Transport
- If you are going by bus from the city central or from Bondi Junction to get to Bondi Beach you need to catch either a 380, L82 (express-limited stops) which takes you along Campbell Parade opposite Hall St. Trains from Central station or Town Hall will take you to Bondi Junction - "Blue Line". Very regular and connects you
easily to buses. If you are going by shuttle bus from the Sydney airport you can catch an airport shuttle bus. This will cost you a small fare to get you directly to Bondi Beach via Coogee and Bronte beaches.
